2. Ordering and Receiving
After placing an order, you will receive an online confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation within 12 hours, please contact us. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another confirmation email. All agreements with magnatum.dk are made in Danish.
Upon receiving your goods, they should be unpacked immediately, and fresh truffles and/or caviar should be stored in the refrigerator. As the products are delivered in a refrigerated box, we strongly recommend that you collect them as soon as possible on the same day. magnatum.eu disclaims all responsibility for parcels that are not collected.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Please note that truffles are seasonal, and their prices may vary from week to week.
4. Payment
On the website, you can pay for your purchases with the following payment cards: Visa, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, Visa Electron, and Eurocard.
An amount corresponding to the value of your order will be reserved at the time of purchase. The amount will only be deducted from your account once your order has been packed and is ready for pickup at our warehouse. A higher amount can never be deducted than the one approved at the time of purchase.
When paying by card, no payment fees will be charged.
5. Delivery
Delivery of goods from www.magnatum.eu is considered complete once the buyer has received the goods. All orders are shipped via DHL Express, unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and www.magnatum.eu. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days. The stated delivery time is an estimate and may vary.
All items are shipped as parcel post, making it possible to track the package in case of any issues. If the package and/or its contents are damaged upon receipt, you must report it to DHL immediately or within 2 days of receipt. www.magnatum.eu is not responsible for goods damaged during transport.

Orders are shipped directly to your address.
Shipping Costs
We offer shipping within the EU for a shipping cost of €11.99, including VAT, on www.magnatum.eu. You will receive customized packaging and a tracking number for your order.
Please note: The minimum order value is €60.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
7. Complaints
If there are defects or issues with an item, please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the problem. We adhere to the Danish Purchase Act, which grants you a 24-month warranty on faulty products.
8. Privacy Policy
To protect your payment information, you will be redirected to a secure payment page when making a payment on our website. Our payment solution is provided by Flatpay, a certified payment provider that encrypts and transmits all data securely via SSL. Only Flatpay can access your payment details.
9. Limitation of Liability
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled in the Danish courts.
