Recipe: Risotto with Fresh Black Truffle

Ingredients:

  • 300g Truffle Rice - Riso Al Tartufo (from your Risotto Pack)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 100ml dry white wine
  • 1L chicken or vegetable stock (warm)
  • 30g Fresh Black Winter Truffle (from your Risotto Pack)
  • 50g Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1️⃣ Sauté the Aromatics:
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened and translucent.

2️⃣ Toast the Rice:
Add the Truffle Rice - Riso Al Tartufo and stir for about 2 minutes, allowing the rice to lightly toast and absorb the oil, enhancing its texture and aroma.
