Gravistelli is obtained from the local varieties "Coratina" and "Cima di Melfi", exclusively from certified organic farming. It is particularly characterized by its high content of antioxidants and its captivating aroma. The taste is exceptionally intense and fresh, with notes of freshly pressed olives, grass, and artichoke.
